For more protection during shipping the frame comes packed in a bubble bag and a hard cardboard box.

It’s really easy to place your photo. You simply have to bend the soft pins, remove the back and the acrylic (from which you will not forget to remove the two protective membranes) to place the acrylic back then your photo and close the frame again.
