Right of Withdrawal
If for any reason you would like to return the product you received, you have the right to do so within 14 days of receiving the product. Shipping costs upon return are borne by the customer.
Refunds are made within 5 days of returning the products.
CAUTION! The product must be in its original condition, not damaged.
Returns are only accepted after contacting us at support@filotechno.com and after filling out the withdrawal form found here.
Products specially made for you (custom made frames or commissioned art) are not subject to this policy.
Returns are only accepted upon delivery to or shipment to our registered office.
